How do I order with Team discount?
- Log in to your kistlerrods.com account. (Make sure you use the right login! Discounts are tied to your kistlerrods.com login if you're a Team member.) It is the Member’s responsibility to make sure he/she is logged into their online customer team account to receive their Team discounted pricing. If you forget or neglect to and place an order, then later request a change of prices, refund for the difference, Kistler accounting department is happy to assist, however due to unavoidable cost incurred by Kistler’s bank and merchant accounts, there will be a 10% chargeback fee.
- You'll see your pricing on each product page already set. In some cases, your FINAL Team Prices might only be seen once you go to checkout.
- Add items to cart and go to checkout to see your final pricing.
How often should I do social media?
- As much as possible. Our favorite team members post weekly with great content to share - they always represent the brand, buy rods, wear the apparel, and fish our Big Bass tournament.
Are we allowed to combine discounts?
- Typically, no. If there is a special promo that yields a higher discount than your team discount (very rare), you’re welcome to do that by checking out as a guest or use a different login than the one associated with your team account online.
Does the retail warranty differ from the Team warranty?

What if I see a fellow Team member behaving in an unprofessional manner or I see a team member promoting another brand's fishing gear?
- Contact someone at Kistler. You can email trey@kistlerrods.com. If you read commentary online that reflects poorly on the company, notify us! Do not engage with the individual. If possible take a screenshot.

When using any Kistler branded logos digitally or in print, it’s important to always represent the company and brand well. A consistent representation of Kistler logos helps keep the brand uniform, memorable, and reflective of the company’s Brand. Any changes to this has a negative effect on the Kistler Brand.
A couple good rules of thumb:
• Never use logo in conjunction with anything abusive or offensive.• Don’t modify any of the logos by changing their color, shape (stretching or compressing), adding additional designs, drop shadows, borders, or removing designed elements.
